Chief Executive Officer

Chad leads HighJump’s global supply chain applications business. Chad leads a team that is responsible for engineering, marketing, selling, implementing and supporting HighJump’s suite of flexible supply chain software solutions. Chad has spent his whole career helping customers streamline their distribution and logistics operations with technology.

Chad rejoined HighJump as part of the 2014 merger with Accellos. Chad spent three years with Accellos following ten years with HighJump. Chad
was also a leader in the supply chain consulting practice of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Chad is a recognized thought leader in the supply chain management industry and was awarded a Pro to Know by Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine.

Sean Elliott

Chief Technology Officer

Sean Elliott serves as Chief Technology Officer for HighJump. A 15-year technology veteran, Mr. Elliott has been the principal architect of the HighJump One platform and the technological convergence strategy at HighJump. Sean joined HighJump in 2014 with the merger of HighJump and Accellos, a global supply chain execution software provider.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Elliott served within the architecture group at Infor, where he focused on distribution-centric supply chain. Sean has a passion for bringing leading edge mobility technologies to the supply chain, and enhancing end-user experience within the HighJump customer community.

Bill is the Chief Operating Officer of North America for HighJump. Bill leads a team that is responsible for selling, implementing and supporting software solutions to our customers in North America.

Bill joined HighJump as part of the 2017 merger with Vitech. For the 19 years prior as a co-founder of Vitech, Bill and his partners delivered customized supply chain solutions using Vocollect Voice and HighJump software.

Chief Operating Officer Africa, Asia Pacific & Latin America

Joe is Chief Operating Officer for Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Latin American Operations. Joe is also our Global Solution area business leader for our 3PL, Transport and Retail Execution products, which sets the strategy and has global responsibility for ensuring Execution Excellence in these business areas.

Joe joined HighJump as part of the 2014 merger with Accellos. Joe was also a founder of Delfour Corporation, a Toronto-based software company focused on solutions for the 3PL industry. Headwater Technologies acquired Delfour in 2004, and under Headwater, Joe and his partners acquired FreightLogix in order to expand the product suite with a complementary transportation solution. In September 2006, Accellos acquired Headwater.

Joe was awarded 2014 Pro to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.

Chief Marketing Officer

Bill is the Chief Marketing Officer of HighJump.
Since taking on the role as CMO for HighJump in 2015, Bill has led company-wide messaging, branding and strategic marketing architecture, to establish and refine HighJump’s market-facing profile. Under Bill’s leadership as SVP of HighJump’s Transportation business unit, over 10,000 SMB and mid-market transportation companies have implemented a HighJump solution to successfully manage and grow their businesses.

Bill joined HighJump as part of the 2008 merger with Accellos. Prior to Accellos, Bill co-founded Prophesy Transportation Solutions, Inc. with a group of business partners in 1986. The company had the distinction of developing the first-ever PC-based commercial mileage and routing software. In his role as Vice President of Prophesy throughout the next 22 years, Bill helped the company become a leading provider of software to the transportation industry, developing a complete, integrated suite of solutions for carriers and brokers including dispatch and accounting, mobile communications, planning and compliance.
