Medical

HighJump offers its employees a choice between three medical plans with an extensive network nationwide! HighJump believes offering an array of plan choices provides employees with the flexibility and customization they deserve, to ensure selected plans complement individual needs. Preventative care is covered at 100% on all plans. In addition, HighJump makes a generous contribution toward a health savings account (HSA) for those enrolled in the high-deductible plan. 

Dental

Dental insurance is offered through a major carrier with coverage in both PPO and Premier networks nationwide.

Vision

HighJump’s vision plan offers an annual, routine eye exam that focuses on overall wellness with a low co-payment! In addition to WellVision exams, employees also receive coverage for either contact lenses or spectacle lenses and frames every 12 months! From classic styles to the latest designer frames, our vision provider makes it easy to find the perfect frame at the perfect price!

Paid Parental Leave

HighJump provides eligible employees with paid time off for activities related to care and well-being of their newborn or adopted child.

PTO

HighJump offers eligible employees a very generous and flexible PTO program! Employees accrue a designated number of hours per month based on years of service. As an employee’s years of service increases, well so does their monthly accrual rate! In addition, all US employees receive 11 paid public holidays per year.

Health Club Reimbursement Program

Workplace health is an integral part of HighJump's overall strategy! We promote employees to live a healthy lifestyle and reward those who do, by reimbursing employee monthly membership dues for those that utilize their gym on a regular basis.

Employee Referral Program

HighJump encourages its employees to recommend qualified friends, relatives or colleagues for positions that become available throughout the organization. Free Bikes 4Kidz

  • Helping children feel the joy and freedom of riding their first bike. Volunteers clean and repair bikes and also help move bikes and organize the warehouse. QBP (HighJump customer) is a partner of Free Bikes 4Kidz!
Open Arms of Minnesota
  • Nonprofit organization in Minnesota that cooks and delivers free meals tailored to meet the nutrition needs of individuals living with cancer, HIV/AIDS, multiple sclerosis, and ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). Open Arms also works with communities in sub-Saharan Africa, providing food and technical assistance for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.
Unionville Alliance Church
  • Food drive for families in need in the Markham region
Moncton Headstart
  • Non-profit early family intervention agency focused on building school readiness skills with children and their parents. Programs and services are aimed to build healthy relationships, improve self-esteem, develop new skills, enhance existing skills, and encourage self-sufficiency. Headstart families sometimes struggle to meet their basic needs and require services, resources awareness and programs to thrive and grow. Agency focuses on early education, positive parenting, child and family literacy, food security, housing, and school success.
Humane Society
  • Organization devoted to animal welfare and protection
Care and Share
  • Food bank to end hunger in Southern Colorado
Urban Peak
  • Serving youth experiencing homelessness in the Denver metropolitan area and Colorado Springs
Marian House Soup Kitchen
  • Serving people who are hungry in downtown Colorado Springs. Hot, nutritious meals are provided for more than 600 people per day!
Toys for Tots
  • Serving the needs of financially disadvantaged children by delivering a message of hope and encouragement to them and their families in the form of toys!
