The web-based TrueCommerce Transaction Manager supports both sales and purchasing integration for Sage 100 ERP, including integrated documents such as sales orders, purchase orders, shipment and invoice transactions, as well as warehouse/third-party logistics (3PL) and receipt of goods transactions. The sales integration also handles pick and pack, standard, no pack and consolidated advance ship notices (ASN’s). Embedded auto pack functionality makes it easy for you to package shipments automatically using flexible auto-pack options specific to each customer or item. Additionally, multiple shipments can be created and packaged at the same time through our shipment automation feature. With the click of a button, pure carton and mixed carton shipments (based on pack quantity or item weight) can be automatically packaged based on pre-set auto pack rules. In addition, the TrueCommerce Labeling Plug-In can easily and accurately create UCC-128 labels and packing lists, directly from Transaction Manager. TrueCommerce EDI Transaction Manager can be deployed as an on-premise solution as well.
Fully Automated Solution:
Automate integrated transactions with Transaction Manager and Sage 100 ERP through the TrueCommerce Scheduler. This add-on feature allows you to set up scheduled events for integrated sales documents such as exporting purchase orders from Transaction Manager to create sales orders and importing invoices from Sage 100 ERP. In addition, tasks can be scheduled for integrated purchasing documents such as importing inbound advance ship notices (ASNs) to receive against the purchase order, and creating a receipt of invoice. Once these events are scheduled, TrueCommerce Scheduler will automatically process your documents without either application being opened. Transaction Manager will notify you via email if exceptions occur – built-in process controls keep you on track so that you can focus on other key areas of your business.
Built-in Process Controls:
Unit pricing, duplicate purchase order numbers and items are optional process controls that can be set per customer and will be automatically validated before processing transactions to Sage 100 ERP. In addition, prior to sending EDI transactions, fields are validated for accuracy. If fields have missing data, TrueCommerce Transaction Manager will notify you via email and highlight those fields that need to be updated.
Remote Warehouse Integration:
Comprehensive remote warehouse integration, including outbound sales orders and inbound shipments, lets you communicate more efficiently with your third-party logistics provider. In addition, orders can be filled even faster when Transaction Manager creates outbound advance ship notices from your inbound shipments – no need to print or re-enter data. Shipments can be generated with inbound shipping documents, including the package details, while updating lot numbers and serial numbers automatically – saving you time and reducing costly errors.
