TrueCommerce Moves Corporate Headquarters to Cranberry Woods; Plans New Office in Reston, Va.

PITTSBURGH, February 1, 2010 – Wexford, Pa.-based True Commerce, Inc., a leading EDI software and services provider, today announced that the company is moving its corporate headquarters to a new location at 800 Cranberry Woods Drive, Cranberry Township, Pa. The company will be fully moved and begin operation at the new location today.

The new location provides TrueCommerce with additional room to grow and secure top talent throughout the Pittsburgh region, while also rewarding its current employees with an exciting, new, ergonomic workplace.

“We saw our customer base increase by nearly 35 percent in 2009, so we needed larger office space to accommodate our current and future growth,” said TrueCommerce President Nicholas Manolis. “We decided to take advantage of our increased earnings while solving space needs and invested in our workplace to enhance our greatest resource — our people. We asked everyone to tell us the things they consider to be most important in a work environment. This space will provide a positive, enjoyable work atmosphere, and it positions us well for continued growth and expansion in 2010.”

TrueCommerce also announced its plans to open a new office in Reston, Va. within the next two weeks. The office will be located at 1800 Alexander Bell Dr., Reston, Va. “This location will serve as a key geographic asset for us as we look to grow and expand our business in 2010 and beyond,” said Haitham Ghadiry, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TrueCommerce. “Reston was selected because of its prime location in the heart of the east coast technology corridor, and our presence there will allow us to broaden our access to additional talent pools in the region.”
