Michael Cornell, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO and member of the board of directors, Michael Cornell leads the overall corporate strategy and operations for HighJump. Michael joined HighJump in 2014 by facilitating the merger of HighJump with Accellos, a global supply chain execution software provider founded by Michael and his business partners in 2006. Michael brings extensive executive management experience and a proven record of success in building software companies that pride themselves in innovation, customer service and delivering value to their stakeholders.
Prior to Accellos, Michael was CEO of NxTrend Technology, the leading provider of distribution-centric ERP software in North America. During his tenure at NxTrend, Michael dramatically improved shareholder value resulting in the ultimate sale of the company to Infor in June of 2004. Previously, Michael was President of JBA Americas.
Michael was a semi-finalist for the 2014 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Bill Ashburn, Senior Vice President and General Manager
Bill is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the HighJump Transportation business unit. The HighJump Transportation business unit is responsible for marketing, selling, implementing and supporting the Prophesy Transportation Software product line that is used by over 4,000 small and midsized transportation companies.
Bill joined HighJump as part of the 2014 merger with Accellos. Prior to Accellos, Bill co-founded Prophesy with a group of business partners in 1986, during his last year of college. The company had the distinction of developing the first-ever PC-based commercial mileage and routing software. In his role as Vice President of Prophesy throughout the next 25 years, Bill helped the company become a leading provider of software to the transportation industry, developing a complete, integrated suite of solutions for carriers and brokers including dispatch and accounting, mobile communications, planning and compliance.
LeeAnn Belski, Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, LeeAnn Belski is responsible for global employee recruitment and retention, managing all benefit programs, ensuring we maintain our unique culture, and building an environment that helps every employee reach their full potential. Ms. Belski joined the company in 2007 after spending six years with Stellent, Inc, where she held a variety of HR management roles. Prior to Stellent, Ms. Belski held several technical recruiting positions with CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), Stratagem, Inc. and Flatley Technical. Ms. Belski holds a BA in Psychology from St. Olaf College and has also earned her SPHR designation. She is an active member of HR Connection and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association.
Chad Collins, General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer
Chad leads HighJump’s strategic go-to-market programs and Channels Business Unit. Chad’s marketing leadership includes setting the direction and helping execute lead generation, business development, product marketing and corporate marketing. As General Manager of the Channels Business Unit, Chad leads the sales, professional services and customer support activities for HighJump’s mid-market warehouse management, EDI and retail management product lines. Chad is experienced in building, implementing, and marketing innovative supply chain software technologies that help customers streamline their distribution and logistics operations. Chad is a recognized thought leader in the supply chain management industry and was awarded a Pro to Know by Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine.
Chad rejoined HighJump as part of the 2014 merger with Accellos. Chad spent three years with Accellos following ten years with HighJump. Chad was also a leader in the supply chain consulting practice of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Joe Couto, Senior Vice President and General Manager
Joe is the Senior Vice President and the General Manager of the Third Party Logistics (3PL) business unit. The HighJump 3PL business unit is responsible for selling, implementing and supporting the Enterprise 3PL product, which is used by over 100 3PL providers at over 500 facilities in 12 countries. Joe has over 25 years of 3PL software industry experience and has been instrumental in leading the 3PL sales group to meet the rapid growth plans for the Accellos. Joe is a recognized thought leader in the area of 3PL software including the unique requirements of “concurrent client logistics”.
Joe joined HighJump as part of the 2014 merger with Accellos. Joe was also a founder of Delfour Corporation, a Toronto-based software company focused on solutions for the 3PL industry. Delfour merged with Headwater Technology in 2005, and under Headwater, Joe and his partners acquired FreightLogix in order to expand the product suite with a complementary transportation solution. In September 2006, Accellos acquired Headwater.

Ross Elliott, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer
Ross Elliott leads the overall product strategy and product development execution for HighJump. Ross joined HighJump in 2014 through the merger of HighJump and Accellos. Ross was a co-founder of Accellos. He brings extensive expertise in supply chain operations and software product strategy. Ross has launched a series of platform technologies and new products to meet the needs of customers and help drive growth. Ross has facilitated numerous acquisitions to broaden product portfolios in support of the corporate vision. Ross is the overall architect for the Accellos ONE technology platform which consolidates acquired technologies on a common, modern technology architecture.
Prior to Accellos, Ross was the Vice President of Business Strategy for Infor Global Solutions. Ross worked with corporate marketing, sales and engineering to synthesize a strategy that provided value to the company and to its customers. Previously, Ross was the Vice President of Products and Strategy for NxTrend Technology.

Nick Manolis, Senior Vice President and General Manager of TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group
Nick Manolis leads the operations, product development and customer relations for the HighJump TrueCommerce EDI Solution group, ensuring that all solutions are affordable, robust and easy to use. This includes the end-to-end suite of trading partner connectivity solutions, EDI translation, data-mapping software, the transaction network and on-boarding services.
Mr. Manolis’ experience managing and growing organizations includes leaderships positions as the CEO of TrueCommerce, Inc., CFO of Outsell, Inc., COO for Janus Technologies and managing director of North American operations for Internet Securities. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Manolis is an elected school board member of the Shenango Area School District and serves on the board of directors of VoxMobile. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and is a certified public accountant.
Gary Nemmers, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Supply Chain Execution Group
Gary Nemmers is responsible for all operations pertaining to the supply chain solutions group, including strategy, general management, sales, services and marketing. His role encompasses growing and servicing the supply chain management offering through direct and indirect channels worldwide. Mr. Nemmers has been instrumental in getting HighJump on a remarkable growth trajectory to strengthen its position as a tier-one market player that enjoys an enviable and happy customer base.
Mr. Nemmers joined HighJump after managing the Americas’ direct sales organization for Infor Global Solutions, one of the largest and fastest growing enterprise applications companies in the world. Prior to joining Infor, he held senior roles in both SAP and Oracle Corporation. These roles included developing new sales channels for product sourcing as well as building several new highly successful sales “avenues to market” across the U.S., Canada and Europe. Mr. Nemmers also served as CEO and managing partner for DataTrend Information Systems where he helped grow the company from a start-up to $54 million in annual revenue in just four years. Along with his professional accomplishments, Mr. Nemmers holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral psychology from Northwestern University and a master’s from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Ole Pedersen, Senior Vice President and General Manager of HighJump B2Bi Solutions Group
Ole Pedersen is responsible for all operations relating to the HighJump B2Bi solutions group in EMEA, including strategy, general management, sales, services and marketing. His role encompasses growing and servicing the Business to Business Integration offering through direct and indirect channels offering organizations a way to optimize trade relations and exchange business documents across the value chain by open and flexible managed cloud services.
Previously, Mr. Pedersen served as CEO of Evenex, where he contributed to a strong consolidation of the Evenex B2Bi business, providing a robust platform for accelerated growth both organically and through acquisitions in EMEA. Before joining Evenex, Mr. Pedersen grew his experience managing and developing organizations in leadership positions as the CEO and Co-founder of Cutwater, a provider of financial management services in the Nordics, CFO of Adserving International, a provider of online advertising, and Group Director of Julius Ink Group, an investment company. Along with his professional accomplishments, Mr. Pedersen holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Copenhagen Business School, and began his career as a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Dan Radunz, Chief Technology Officer
Dan Radunz oversees HighJump Software’s worldwide product development strategy and technology operations, supporting the company’s entire source-to-consumption software portfolio. This includes responsibility for global R&D for all of HighJump’s software solutions and product strategy and support operations for the supply chain execution solutions. Mr. Radunz leverages his extensive knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and developments to guide HighJump’s innovation and solutions strategy and helps set the product visions that continue to create value for our new and existing customers and solves their supply chain execution challenges.
Mr. Radunz was a member of HighJump’s product development group for 13 years and rejoined the company in 2009. He has more than 25 years of experience using technology to deliver innovative software solutions. Prior to rejoining HighJump, Mr. Radunz was vice president of Network Operations Center for Wireless Ronin Technologies, where he managed the company’s around-the-clock support group and data center. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in management information systems and a minor in computer science from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Flint Seaton, Chief Financial Officer
Flint leads the finance and administration team at HighJump, overseeing all finance strategy, planning, operations and human resources. Flint joined HighJump in 2014 through the merger of HighJump and Accellos. Flint was a co-founder of Accellos. Additionally, Flint leads due diligence, execution and integration of strategic acquisitions.
Prior to Accellos, Flint was the CFO of Xaware, a worldwide provider of information integration, conversion, and exchange solutions based upon eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Flint was previously the CFO of NxTrend Technology.
Amy Stelling, Senior Vice President and General Manager, DSD Solutions Group
Ms. Stelling oversees HighJump’s direct store delivery (DSD) business, including sales, professional services, account management, product development, product strategy and support teams.
Ms. Stelling began at HighJump as a member of its professional services group, where she implemented HighJump solutions across multiple industries around the globe. Since then, she has held several leadership roles, most recently as vice president of worldwide support in which she was responsible for the software support team across all products and locations. Previously, Ms. Stelling aligned prospective customers’ business requirements with HighJump’s suite of solutions as the director of pre-sales. She also has led HighJump’s customer support efforts as director of worldwide support.
Prior to joining HighJump Software, Ms. Stelling implemented customer relationship management (CRM) systems for a CRM consulting practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
